Shipping policy

Despatch: In-stock items ordered before 2pm, Monday to Friday, are despatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on Bank Holidays are despatched the next working day. Handmade items usually take 3-5 working days to make, and 3D printed made-to-order items at least 2 working days, before they are despatched.

Delivery times: All delivery estimates run from the day your order is despatched, not the day you placed it, and exclude weekends and Bank Holidays.

UK delivery: Free standard delivery (3-5 working days) on orders over £75. Orders under £75 are charged £3.95. Express and courier upgrades are available at checkout. Free delivery does not apply to offshore locations.

International delivery: We ship to 120+ countries, by Royal Mail Tracked as standard, with DHL Express available at checkout. Import taxes, customs duties and handling charges are the customer's responsibility and are not refunded by us.

Tracking: All orders are tracked. Your tracking details are sent in your despatch email.

Changes and cancellations: You have 15 minutes after ordering to request changes or a cancellation. For orders placed outside working hours, please let us know by 9.15am on the next working day.

Lost parcels: A refund or replacement can only be issued once the courier has formally confirmed a parcel as lost.
