The Real Problem
Consistency is harder than quantity
Making forty of something is not difficult. Making the fortieth match the first is, and it is what separates a roll-out that looks deliberate from one that looks like it was bought in batches. Colour drift between production runs, a finish that was hand applied differently on a Friday, a supplier who changed their board supplier halfway through. Every one of those shows across an estate.
We control it by keeping the whole thing in one building. Same workshop, same people, same specification, with drawings, material references and finish samples kept on file so unit forty-one next year still matches.

What actually holds a roll-out together
Prototype first, always
One unit made and approved before the batch runs. Sampling is quoted upfront and can be deducted from the final order, so proving it does not mean paying twice.
Specification on file
Materials, grades, finishes and colour references recorded against the job, so a repeat run in twelve months matches rather than approximates.
Colour matched with test panels
Matched to a brand reference or supplied sample, with test panels approved before anything is sprayed or coated for real.
One workshop, one batch
The whole run is made in the same place by the same people to the same specification, rather than split across suppliers to hit a date.
Packed for the destination
Labelled and packed per site where units go out individually, or palletised for a single hub, whichever suits your distribution.
Priced at the real quantity
The first unit carries the design, drawing, setup and prototyping. The rest do not. Tell us the true number and the per unit price reflects it.

Answered plainly
How many units can you produce?
There is no fixed ceiling and no minimum. Tell us the real quantity and the date and we will tell you honestly whether it fits our capacity in that window, rather than taking it and running late.
Will a repeat run next year match this one?
Yes. Drawings, material specifications, finish references and colour codes are kept against the job so a later run matches rather than approximates. Tell us at the start if repeats are likely and we specify with that in mind.
Can you deliver to each site individually?
Yes, labelled and packed per site, or palletised to a single distribution hub, whichever suits you. UK and worldwide.
Can you match something made by another supplier?
Usually. Send photographs, dimensions and ideally one original unit. We will tell you honestly how close we can get before you commit, because an approximate match across an estate is worse than no match.
How does the price change with quantity?
Sharply, and in your favour. The first unit carries the design, drawing, setup and prototyping and the rest carry almost none of it, so ten is nowhere near ten times the price of one. We will price two or three quantity tiers on the same quote.
What is the lead time on a roll-out?
Typically 2 to 3 weeks from sign-off for standard quantities. Larger roll-outs are scheduled to your programme and the lead time is confirmed in writing with the quote.
