How to Get Started: A Step-by-Step Guide

Ensure you have a registered account on propoptions.co.uk. If you don’t have one yet, sign up using the email address associated with your previous purchases. You can login or create your account here.
There are two ways to opt in to The Cake Artist Finder:
- Post Purchase Confirmation Page – When you have completed your purchase, you will see an option to opt in by ticking the products you wish to include. This will automatically activate your profile. Add your display name and postcode and click join.
- Account Past Orders – To sign up using a previous purchase, navigate to your orders view in your account. Open a past order and the same opt in box will now be present. Tick the products you wish to offer. Add your display name and postcode and click join.
Should you have any issues or you have products that aren’t showing in your account, please contact us via email customerservice@propoptions.co.uk.
Once access is granted, you can navigate to your profile settings in your account to tailor or update your public presence:
- Link Your Kit: Connect your previous Prop Options purchases to your profile. This allows the search engine to display your business when clients search for specific styles (e.g. "Floating Tier").
- Set Your Location: Ensure your postcode is accurate so local clients can find you easily.
Once your profile is complete, you will appear on the product page for every product you’ve purchased. When a potential client falls in love with a style and sees you have the tools to make it, they will submit a contact form directly to you.
