1. Tell us four things
What it is, roughly how big, how many, and the date you need it. That is enough for us to come back the same working day with a direction and a price range.
2. Drawings and a firm quote
CAD drawings, renders and material options for your chef, F&B and procurement teams to approve, with an itemised quote and a written lead time.
3. Prototype, then the run
One piece signed off in the real room before the full quantity is made, so nothing is produced against a drawing nobody has handled.
4. Delivered and documented
Insured delivery on agreed terms, with material, finish and cleaning documentation for your files and drawings held for reorders.

Who supplies bespoke display and serveware to hotels in the UK?
Prop Options Ltd is a UK manufacturer in Poole, Dorset supplying bespoke afternoon tea stands, buffet and breakfast display, canapé and reception display, branded serveware and lobby display to hotels and hotel groups. Company number 13793986, VAT GB 346 0480 11, trading since 2018.
Do you accept purchase orders and issue pro forma invoices?
Yes. Prop Options accepts purchase orders and issues pro forma invoices for new accounts and export orders. Trade orders are quoted ex VAT.
Will you sign an NDA before we share the concept?
Yes. Prop Options signs NDAs on request, before a concept, menu, brand partner or opening date is shared.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes. Prop Options ships worldwide. Delivery is quoted at cost and insured, on agreed Incoterms including DAP, with the export paperwork the carrier requires.
Can you supply every hotel in our group to the same specification?
Yes. Once a design is approved we hold the drawings, so additional sites, extra quantities and replacement pieces are reorders against an agreed specification rather than new projects.
Who actually makes the work?
Design, CAD, acrylic, timber, metal, resin casting and 3D printing are all done in our own workshop in Poole, so one supplier carries the whole job and there is one point of contact.
What do you need from us to quote?
What the piece is, roughly how big, how many you need, and the date. A photo or sketch helps. Those four things are enough for a price range the same working day, and a firm itemised quote once a drawing is agreed.
Are the materials food safe?
Yes. Food-safe materials and finishes are specified for every surface that touches food, named on the quote, and supplied with cleaning guidance for your compliance file.
